Waystone
What?
DMS Governance, a global fund governance firm, has merged with 4 other companies worldwide to increase their global offering. To house all the new business entities, it was decided the all 5 companies would merge under one new governance firm called Waystone. MM was selected to roll out the new brand globally, create a new global website with complex global compliance requirements and containing live fund platforms, produce all global execution files as needed, and assist in the various localised launches of the new Waystone brand.
How?
MM undertook a full market and UX analysis of each companies competition to help shape the new website. From the research, MM created user flows, a site map, and wireframes in order to make it clear to the client the direction the website should take. MM took the wireframes and created an interactive prototype in which the client could click through to get a full understanding of flow through the website. MM collaborated with the client throughout the project to ensure that the business needs were at the forefront of the website process.
The client requested some custom functionality to allow the user to build their own investment vehicle. The user could select a number of different options in which would then dynamically create a pdf that is emailed to the user with their custom investment package.
MM worked with an external QA team to ensure the site was bug-free across all browsers and devices. The final report was shared with the client which gave the green light to live.
Throughout the process above, MM worked with an external branding partner called Nautilus. MM assisted with the preparation of the new branding across all marketing collateral. This included factsheets, merchandise, PowerPoint presentations, ezines, social posts, internal office signage, and much, much more. MM now continues to be the retained agency of record for the global company, providing marketing services in 8 jurisdictions.
